Undertook a GST Compliance review for a school
Lisa reviewed current processes and made recommendations to ensure the client was compliant with current GST legislation and recovering all the GST to which they were entitled.
As a result of this review the client was able to make relevant elections to simplify the GST treatment of their tuckshop operations and commenced paying the correct amount of GST on their school camps.

Management reports are essential for a business to understand how it is tracking.
Lisa worked with the client to streamline and simplify their current reports into an easy to understand document. She developed traffic light reporting of key performance indicators.
This means the board members can easily read and interpret the financial information, allowing time for more discussion around the future direction of the organisation.
Established a Management Reporting process for Aged Care and Ombudsman clients
Implemented end of month management reporting to provide clear and concise information to the Board for decision making purposes.
